Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Program Management Office (PMO) within our Solutions Architecture (SA) practice. This role will support cross-functional initiatives and requires expertise in program management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key job responsibilities - Lead cross-functional coordination across solution architecture, Builder Partners, product, engineering, BD, account management, and technical writing - aligning requirements, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives globally. - Turn tech artifact gap findings into results - identify content gaps and product opportunities, drive prioritized improvements and feature requests into the right teams, and track them through delivery. - Own the Bill of Materials for each API release - build and maintain a repeatable process that ties together working-backward plans and release roadmaps in one centralized view. - Align content strategy across Core Selling and Amazon Programs - partner with BD and Spectrum PMs on cohesive messaging and channel experiences, define KPIs, and use data to measure impact and refine the approach. - Build and scale PMO mechanisms - WBRs, MBRs, newsletters, and operational reporting - to improve visibility, efficiency, and cross-team execution, while proactively surfacing and resolving delivery risks.
