As we continue to grow across Asia Pacific, we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Finance Manager to join our APAC Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance APAC, this role is responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial finance activities across the region. Acting as a trusted business partner to Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations, you will provide the financial insight and commercial challenge that supports strategic decision-making and drives profitable growth. This is a highly visible role that combines end-to-end FP&A ownership with commercial finance leadership, including customer profitability, trade investment management, pricing analysis, and business performance reporting. You will have the opportunity to influence decisions across markets, brands, customers, and channels while helping shape the future of finance processes and reporting capability across APAC. Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead APAC budgeting, forecasting, and monthly rolling forecasts, providing scenario modelling, risk/opportunity analysis, and financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting & Financial Analysis: Deliver management reporting, performance analysis, and variance commentary for senior leaders, while developing dashboards and tools to enhance business visibility.
  • Commercial Finance & Profitability: Analyse customer, channel, and SKU profitability, partnering with Sales and Marketing on pricing, business cases, and growth initiatives.
  • Trade Promotion & Investment: Evaluate trade spend and promotional ROI, supporting Joint Business Planning through financial modelling and investment analysis.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as the key finance partner to Sales and Marketing, providing commercial advice, challenge, and decision support to stakeholders.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Drive improvements in finance processes, reporting, Power BI dashboards, forecasting tools, and automation to increase efficiency and insight.
  • About You
  • CA or CPA qualified (or working towards qualification)
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related finance role
  • FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or retail experience preferred
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting
  • Commercial finance experience including profitability analysis, pricing support, and trade investment evaluation
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central, or similar reporting and planning platforms
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful commercial insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders
