- Skills Required:
- Experience in welding inspection, preferably within semiconductor construction, industrial construction, mission-critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, or similar environments.
- Experience inspecting welds on stainless steel, carbon steel, and plastic piping systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical, process mechanical, and structural construction practices.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, isometric drawings, and welding documentation.
- Familiarity with construction quality control and inspection processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and quality-focused work environment.
- Education / Licenses / Certifications
- Must possess a current Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification through the American Welding Society (AWS) or equivalent.
- Additional certifications related to welding inspection or quality assurance are preferred.
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
