Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows Server environments across production and non-production systems
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy configurations
- Support VMware virtualization platforms and associated infrastructure services
- Perform server provisioning, patch management, vulnerability remediation and system hardening activities
- Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and VMware
- Experience with infrastructure operations, system administration and troubleshooting
- Exposure to patch management, vulnerability remediation and security hardening activities
- Experience with SCCM, WSUS, CyberArk, PowerShell or similar enterprise tools will be advantageous
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management and change management practices
- Experience supporting healthcare, banking, public sector, government-linked or other regulated environments will be advantageous
