🚢 Business Development Executive (Marine Industry) - Up to $4,000 + Commission

About the role

Join a stable and established marine engineering company under a renowned state-owned enterprise group. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support the company's growth in the marine and engineering sector.

Responsibilities

• ✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and overseas
• ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• ✅ Conduct customer visits and expand the customer database
• ✅ Evaluate customer background and recommend suitable credit terms
• ✅ Prepare quotations and support proposal submissions
• ✅ Research market trends and customer requirements
• ✅ Support business expansion and product development initiatives
• ✅ Prepare monthly sales reports and activity summaries
• ✅ Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences
• ✅ Maintain and update marketing materials and company brochures

Requirements

• ✔ Diploma in any discipline
• ✔ Minimum 2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience
• ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ✔ Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• ✔ Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking HQ counterparts)
• ✔ Candidates with marine, engineering, industrial, or B2B sales experience will have an advantage
