About the role
Job Description Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal procedures Plan, coordinate, and support internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits, including preparation, execution, reporting, follow-up, and timely closure of audit findings Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including issue containment, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and effectiveness verification Monitor quality performance indicators, analyze trends, and prepare reports to support management review, risk reduction, and continual improvement initiatives Support document control, engineering change management, calibration activities, and compliance-related processes to ensure effective implementation and control Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and supplier teams to investigate, resolve, and prevent quality-related issues Conduct supplier audits in accordance with the approved audit plan and follow through on required corrective actions and improvement opportunities Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the calibration program to ensure equipment compliance and measurement reliability Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing product quality, process efficiency, supplier performance, and operational effectiveness Provide quality-related training, guidance, and support to employees to strengthen awareness, ownership, and compliance with QMS requirements Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of Quality Management System standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485; knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 is an advantage Practical knowledge of calibration processes, audit practices, document control, engineering change control, and compliance requirements Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and structured root cause analysis Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
