You Will: Define and own the channel marketing strategy for SG & SAEM - setting the regional framework for partner engagement, MDF investment, and co-marketing execution that positions the region as a leading example of channel marketing excellence within Dell Technologies globally Serve as the primary strategic channel marketing resource for the SG & SAEM Regional Marketing Director, providing structured insight, regional performance visibility, and strategic recommendations that directly inform leadership decision-making on channel investment and partner programs Lead regional MDF planning and governance - establishing investment allocation frameworks, overseeing partner-level MDF plans, and ensuring all regional channel marketing spend delivers measurable ROI and compliance with Dell Technologies' program standards Drive the development of regional channel marketing campaigns, content, and GTM toolkits that equip the channel marketing team and partners to execute high-impact, consistent programs across the full SG & SAEM partner ecosystem Build and maintain a regional channel marketing performance scorecard - proactively monitoring hotspots, identifying underperformance and opportunity across partner segments, and leading remediation and growth initiatives in partnership with sales leaders and the channel marketing team Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing within the technology industry, with a proven track record of leading regional or multi-market programs at a strategic level Deep expertise in MDF strategy and governance - including investment planning, partner allocation, ROI measurement, and compliance - across a portfolio of channel, distribution, and SNS partners Demonstrated ability to act as a senior strategic partner to marketing and sales leadership, translating business goals into channel marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes Strong leadership and team development capability, with experience providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to channel marketing professionals Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills - credible and effective engaging senior sales leaders, strategic partner executives, and global marketing peers across a matrixed organisation Desired Requirements Experience operating as the most senior channel marketing representative in a region, with accountability for setting standards and representing the channel marketing function in executive-level forums Familiarity with Dell Technologies' partner program frameworks, Incentives Center, and global marketing program infrastructure - or equivalent vendor partner program platforms at scale
