About the role

Are you interested in workplace experience, office operations, and creating a great environment for colleagues? Join our Workplace Experience team and support the day-to-day operations of our Leeuwarden office while contributing to projects that improve employee experience across Datamaran's 4 offices. This internship offers hands-on experience in office management, event coordination, and community building within an international company. What You'll Work On Supporting daily office operations in Leeuwarden, including administration, ordering supplies, and coordinating vendors. Assisting in organizing team events, lunches, and office activities. Helping improve and document processes for remote office management for our London office. Supporting the setup and coordination of an event committee in Leeuwarden. Contributing to workplace improvements and employee experience initiatives. Providing general administrative and operational support to the Workplace Experience function. Background or education in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset. Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Basic proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). Interest in workplace experience, office operations, and community building. Gain hands-on experience in workplace experience, office operations, and event coordination. Contribute to initiatives that improve employee experience across multiple offices. Work closely with the Workplace Experience Manager and broader People Team. Take ownership of projects such as event coordination and process improvements. Be part of a friendly, international, and purpose-driven company. Receive a monthly internship compensation, depending on the number of working hours per week.
