About the role

We're recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner to support our dairy processing operations in Northern Victoria - Kiewa & Cobram. In this role, you will partner with leaders across your client groups to provide end‑to‑end HR support, strengthen leadership capability, and address employee relations matters within a fast‑paced operational environment. Reporting to the HR General Manager, you will work closely with site leadership and the broader HR team to provide practical advice and support key people initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across Cobram and Kiewa, delivering proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle
  • Coach and advise on employee relations matters including performance, investigations, and grievances
  • Supporting with employee relations matters within a unionised and/or award‑covered environment
  • Identify people‑related risks and implement practical, business‑aligned solutions
  • Support culture, engagement, performance and reward cycles across the client group
  • Facilitate talent management, succession planning and workforce capability initiatives
  • Contribute to HR projects, change initiatives, and maintain accurate HR data and systems
  • About You
  • Experience in a generalist HR role at Advisor or Business Partner level
  • Able to travel regularly between Cobram and Kiewa to support operational leaders on site
  • Strong capability managing employee relations matters in complex environments
  • Proven ability to influence, coach and build relationships with leaders
  • Exposure to industrial relations frameworks, including awards or unionised environments, is advantageous
  • Experience implementing change, project delivery or organisational initiatives
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar
