We're seeking a Senior B2B Product Marketing Manager to collaborate with our world-class enterprise customers, helping them leverage both voice technology and Generative AI capabilities to transform their customer experience, drive revenue and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills and a track record of leading successful programs (including ownership of positioning, messaging, storytelling, sales enablement and GTM strategy and execution). They will demonstrate strengths in working collaboratively across organizations, managing key milestones in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment-while keeping senior stakeholders updated on progress. Key job responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, including Product, Design, Marketing, PR, and Business Development teams Lead product positioning, messaging and storytelling that effectively drives thought-leadership and communicates value Craft and develop high-impact content (presentations, whitepapers, webinars, customer success stories, blog, emails, product videos) that supports the full enterprise buying journey Develop and maintain sales enablement content to accelerate pipeline growth and increase sales productivity Conduct research to deepen understanding of our target personas and industries to continuously refine our GTM strategies and product roadmap
