Maintenance Technician - Moxy Nashville Vanderbilt @ Hillsboro Village

Responsibilities

• 🔧 Fixing & Repairing: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues throughout the hotel.
• 🔧 Keeping It Running: Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in top shape.
• 🔧 Problem-Solving Like a Pro: Quickly respond to maintenance requests and guest concerns with efficiency and a smile.
• 🔧 Safety First: Ensure all work meets safety standards and compliance regulations.
• 🔧 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and leadership to keep operations seamless.
• 🔧 Keeping It Stocked: Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory to ensure the team is always ready to tackle any issue.
• 🔧 Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM with flexible availability on weekends and holidays

Requirements

• ✔ Experience: 2+ years in maintenance, facilities, or a related field (hotel experience is a plus!).
• ✔ Problem-Solving Skills: You love troubleshooting and finding solutions fast.
• ✔ Technical Know-How: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• ✔ Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and be on your feet for extended periods.
