Senior Architectural Executive

About the role

Role & Responsibilities: Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects; Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration; Project Management; Training and supervision of junior staff. Expertise and Qualities: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Min. 5 years of relevant working experience. Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment. Self-motivated with good time management skills. Ability to supervise and manage a team Chair and conduct all meetings; Lead, control and prepare architectural drawings, presentations and reports Provide critical review of drawings and able to direct junior staff to make amendments; To lead the project team in achieving project goals, targets and milestone dates. Very conversant with and able to direct or carry out site inspection, site progress documentation, including resolving problems and issues that arise during construction; Ensure good project document control;
