Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for end-user software, hardware, and platforms
• Translate technical solutions into clear end-user guidance
• Partner with engineering teams during launches and rollouts
• Build scalable training assets and documentation
• Measure adoption and improve enablement strategies

Requirements

• Required:
• Experience in technical training or adoption roles
• Understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with OCM
• EUX or IT operations background
