Duties and responsibilities Design protocols and interprets results to validate functional test methods; Organize and perform Test Method Validation activities; Support the design and development of products by using various software such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and interpreting such results to aid in product design decisions. Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at improving medical device flow rate accuracy and related systems by developing and implementing fluid dynamic models; Create and design lab fixtures via design software such as Creo, and 3D-print the designed parts Be innovative with new cutting edge technologies on test methods and on test equipment; Reliably carry out procedures in an accurate and repeatable manner. Review results in lab notebooks and in any form of data handling system as required by established procedures;
