Responsibilities
- Shipping & Customs: Responsible for the timely dispatch of our systems and handle all necessary customs and export documentation.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage our logistics partners and optimize shipping routes and costs.
- Operational Purchasing: Support the procurement process and the commercial verification of incoming goods.
- General Commercial Support: Beyond logistics, actively contribute to general administration and order processing.
Requirements
- Background: Vocational training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics ( Speditionskaufmann ) or a degree in Logistics/SCM.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally with insights into customs clearance.
- Mindset: A true "get-it-done" attitude. You are flexible and happy to take on tasks outside the traditional scope of logistics.
- Drive: You are passionate about your work. Your proactivity is the key to our shared success.
- Skills: You are highly organized, resilient, and possess business-level fluency in German and English.
