Drive the in-field Immunology execution in prioritized accounts to achieve sales, brand performance, and engagement targets. Develop Account Plans & Multichannel Cycle Plans based on strategy, market situation and customer insights to drive sales & brand performance. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and building long-term partnerships. Full fluency in Finnish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently, manage own territory holistically, and adapt to new challenges. Valid drivers license. Willingness to travel regularly within Finland. Place of residence preferably in capital area/Southern Finland.
