Job Summary The Plant Engineer plays a key role in supporting plant operations and improving manufacturing efficiencies. The position is responsible for planning and coordinating manufacturing activities within the plant, including the installation, modification, performance optimization, and maintenance of equipment and machinery. The Plant Engineer will also contribute to maintaining a safe work environment. Job Description Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery. Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery and production equipment. Conduct testing and diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions and failures, including routine maintenance. Identify and implement engineering solutions to support production requirements and improve operational efficiency. Manage spare parts inventory to minimize production disruptions. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Carry out other operational duties as assigned to support plant operations
