Role: Palliative Care Pharmacist Banding : Band 7/8a Location: Walsall Start Date : ASAP Duration: 6 months Rate: £28- £39 per hour We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team . Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality palliative care to patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide emotional support to patients and their families, and coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate patient records and participating in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Up to date GPHC registration. Relevant Pharmacy qualification. Hospital experience as a pharmacist. Desirable: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
