Cafe Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the café.
• Lead, train, and support staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure quality customer service and address customer feedback professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning.
• Work closely with management to achieve operational and sales objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, or a related field.
• Barista certification or relevant professional coffee preparation training preferred.
• Experience in coffee preparation, beverage quality control, and café operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working Hours
• 44 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
