Minimum Proficiency Level: 4 IN ADDITION TO MEETING THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS ABOVE, YOU MUST ALSO MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: You qualify at the GS-15 grade level, if you have: EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level (or equivalent) performing the following duties: Reviewing agency level investment transactions to determine national security risk; Reviewing Federal Communications Commission documents to ensure national security compliance; Developing briefs for internal/external audiences to communicate the value of cyber security; Promoting resilience of cyber infrastructure to better stakeholders understanding of the agency's cyber capabilities; and Compiling cyber incidents for reporting at the federal state or local level. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
