About the role

We are building a Talent Pool of reliable, motivated individuals interested in joining our Manufacturing team in roles such as: Machine Operator, Mixing Machine Operator, Bottling Line Operator, Bottler, and Picker. Team members help support the manufacturing, mixing, packaging, and movement of raw materials and finished products by operating machinery, preparing and replenishing packaging supplies, weighing and measuring materials, inspecting product quality, completing accurate documentation, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. These positions require strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, basic math and communication skills, and the physical ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, contributing to team productivity goals, and supporting consistent, high-quality production in a fast-paced environment. Candidates for these roles should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3-12 months of experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment-or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on work experience.
