  • Fuel the Pipeline: Partner with Demand Gen and partner marketing teams to build co-branded campaigns that go beyond awareness and drive measurable conversion and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration
  • Be the Connective Tissue: Build alignment across internal GTM teams and external partner organizations. Translate priorities, bridge timelines, and drive toward shared outcomes.
  • Navigate Complexity: Align stakeholders who move at different speeds, operate under different incentives, and measure success differently, without losing momentum.
  • Prioritize to Win: Identify the highest-leverage opportunities across the partner portfolio and sequence them to drive near-term wins while building long-term infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of product marketing experience in a high-growth B2B technology environment.
  • Ecosystem Fluency: Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations or partner ecosystems, such as a major cloud provider, large-scale ISV, or a company with significant channel and alliance infrastructure.
  • Storytelling: A proven ability to take multi-vendor, technically complex solutions and turn them into a crisp, differentiated narrative that resonates with both technical practitioners and C-Suite executives.
  • Execution: A track record of owning end-to-end GTM motions, from positioning through launch to field enablement, with measurable impact.

Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Partners Location: Palo Alto, CA The Mission As Rubrik's first Sr. Product Marketing Manager dedicated to Alliances & Partnerships, you will own the GTM narrative and field execution across our most strategic partner ecosystem, including Tier 1 partners like Microsoft, AWS, CrowdStrike, and Pure Storage. This is not a single-product-line role. You are covering all of Rubrik, across cloud, security, and enterprise data protection, through the lens of our partner ecosystem. That means running multiple co-sell motions, joint solution stories, and partner GTM programs simultaneously, each with its own timeline, incentive structure, and go-to-market process. There is no playbook yet. You will write it.
