If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. They will be the approving official to all credit card transactions attached to each vehicle. Additionally, they will be responsible for making sure the Fleet Management Program follows all guidelines, procedures, safety requirements, health system policies, and will also ensure all municipal, state, and federal government regulations are being adhered to. OR, Education: Applicant may also based their qualification for this position on education. At this level, applicants are required to have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related, with a major study in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, or other fields related to the Supervisory Mobility Transportation Specialist - Mobility Manager position. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. NOTE: Transcripts must be submitted with your application materials. OR, Combination: Equivalent combination of successfully completed graduate level education (beyond the second year) and specialized experience, as described above, may be used to meet total experience requirements for this grade level.
