  • What We Look For
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce Consulting experience or Admin experience in a high-growth SaaS startup
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and basic automations
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across sales and operations
  • Interest in expanding beyond admin work into RevOps strategy
  • Ability to think in systems, not just tasks
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
  • Exposure to RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy work
  • Experience with integrations or tools like Apollo, Nooks, Clay, etc.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin or Platform App Builder)

Role: RevOps Admin Description: Blackthorn is hiring a RevOps Administrator with the potential to grow into a RevOps leader. This role sits at the intersection of systems, strategy, and revenue execution. You'll start by owning core Salesforce administration and supporting go-to-market operations, while partnering with fractional RevOps support during your ramp. Over time, you'll take increasing ownership of our revenue systems, reporting, and operational strategy. This is not a pure "ticket taker" admin role, we're looking for someone who wants to evolve into a systems thinker and business partner to Sales Leadership.
