#Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT #Salary up to S$3600 per month # 5.5days Work Week, Alternate Saturdays A leading provider of community healthcare services is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join their team. Job Responsibilities: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community healthcare programmes and projects. Conduct outreach activities and programme sessions to engage clients and the community. Develop programme materials and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate between volunteers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery. Monitor programme quality, compliance, outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage project timelines, resources, and communications to ensure objectives and deadlines are met. Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare and community organisations. Prepare programme updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support the review, development, and enhancement of services based on client and community needs. Undertake other duties and cross-functional responsibilities as assigned by the department.
