About the Role We are seeking multiple Account Managers to join our growing team across our Australian offices. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing client relationships, and promoting TMGM's trading products and services. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential. Your role will involve the following: Sales Growth: Promote and sell TMGM products and services to support business growth Identify new business opportunities and generate client pipelines Prepare and present tailored solutions based on client needs and commercial requirements Conduct basic competitor and market analysis to support sales activities Client Service: Manage and grow relationships with clients to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal technical and operations teams Provide guidance and support on trading platforms and related services Monitor client activity to identify opportunities for service improvement and account growth Performance & Goal Orientation: Maintain client records and sales tracking to support KPI and revenue targets Maintain knowledge of company products and market developments Support overall client satisfaction and account management activities Highly motivated individuals seeking to develop or advance their career in the Forex/financial services industry, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred Previous experience in customer service, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or other client-facing roles is advantageous Strong communication skills with confidence in client engagement and adaptability to different audiences Proactive and responsible approach to work, with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with clear targets and objectives Proficiency in English is required; additional Asian language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, Filipino) are highly regarded Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and related products Our Vision At TMGM, our vision goes beyond providing a platform for trading; we aspire to empower our clients with the best trading conditions.
