Job Description Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic, and creative instructional designer/developer. As part of the Employee & Partner Education division of the Global Education team. You will design, develop, and maintain training and documentation for our sales onboarding program. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain training assets that support sales onboarding with their use of the MSI product suite, including, but not limited to, instructor guides, student workbooks, PowerPoints, and a variety of online assets. Write effective instructional content for a variety of deliverables, including lesson plans, guides, online content, and more. Follow a scalable and repeatable process in the scoping, creation, and maintenance of content. Utilize multimedia elements, simulations, and assessments to enhance the effectiveness of learning materials. Manage and monitor training assets and courses in the LMS. Working closely with team leads to ensure training content is focused on the right content, filling knowledge gaps, and appropriate. Collaborate with SMEs across the organization in producing high-quality and effective training assets. Stay current on product releases and updates to ensure that enablement content remains technically accurate and aligns with product features and use cases. Work under tight timelines without compromising the quality of work. Strong aptitude to learn new technology and software quickly and be able to convey the meaning of complex concepts clearly to a broad audience Knowledge of ILT and OLT learning design and development models, adult learning principles, and delivery methods. Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team-based environment Creativity, enthusiasm, drive Self-starter, able to effectively work independently
