Requirements
- 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Comfortable working 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and twist for extended periods
- Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
- Must be able to wear required PPE

Job Title Production Team Member Location Toledo, OH Pay Machine Operator: Pay is based on production incentive; hourly rate generally averages $24 to $30/hour in the first year. Forklift Roles: Starting at $20.33/hour; $22.96 after completing training and securing permanent bid Weekly pay Annual wage progression increases Shifts Available 2nd: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM 3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Shift Differential 8-hour shifts: 2nd shift +$1.00/hr; 3rd shift +$1.25/hr 12-hour shifts: Day shift +$1.00/hr; Night shift +$1.50/hr
