Requirements

  • Required
  • B .S. in Sustainability, Environment al Sciences, Business , Engineering, or other relevant disciplines required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working for an environmental NGO, food and beverage company, or equivalent organization
  • Broad understanding of key environmental and social topics such as climate change, sustainable agriculture, waste, water stewardship, and human rights.
  • Advanced communication , research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively , especially with various levels within an organization
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and be able to prioritize shifting short- and long-term project deadlines
  • Preferred
  • Beneficial certifications/application knowledge

  • Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift low to medium weight (10-30 lbs) materials on a n occasional basis.

Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Sustainability Analyst! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote. The Sustainability Analyst supports Ocean Spray's sustainability efforts by collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. This role involves collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data for sustainability reporting, implementing sustainability projects, and managing sustainability audits. The analyst must have strong research and analytical skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a broad understanding of key environmental and social topics. A Day in the Life... Support overall sustainability efforts of Ocean Spray Collaborate with sustainability manager, plant manufacturing team s, grower-owners, suppliers, and a range of internal stakeholders Collect , consolidate, and analyze data for quarterly internal and external sustainability reporting (e.g. GHG Protocols, LCAs, CDP Reporting and Sedex) Support manufacturing teams with sustainability audits Travel as needed
