Responsibilities

• Engage customers actively to promote MOMIJI products and encourage purchases
• Respond clearly to customer questions and explain product features to enhance understanding
• Assist customers efficiently with placing orders to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain the retail display area tidy and visually appealing throughout operating hours
• Collaborate with team members to cover shifts and provide consistent customer service
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Previous retail experience to support customer engagement and sales (preferred but not essential)
• Friendly, confident, and positive attitude to create a welcoming environment
• Reliable and comfortable communicating with customers to build rapport
• Other Information
• Event Dates: 28 July - 31 August (total 35 days); partial availability considered with multiple promoters covering shifts
• Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM daily
• Training provided on brand, products, and order-taking process
• Opportunities for ongoing casual retail work at future events
• Grads welcome
