THE JOB In this role, you will help clients achieve their goals of connecting with consumers through the successful execution of engaging IRL experiences and the effective delivery of targeted media campaigns. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Reports directly to Sponsorship Sales Senior Director Supports a full range of sponsorship projects, including traditional experiential sales, media, joint sales, and emerging sponsorship opportunities Responsible for gathering assets, profile data, and performance metrics for festivals, other live events, and media platforms Update the LNU portfolio deck as required Support lead generation with brand identification, analysis, and research Work with the COO, all members of the sponsorship team, and key individuals across LNU and Live Nation on key strategic initiatives Participate in brand pitch ideation sessions Support activation management teams and media delivery teams in the execution of sponsorship Additional responsibilities as assigned WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of experience in project management, sponsorship, marketing, media, events, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and supporting client-facing initiatives. Analytical mindset with strong research skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and passionate about live entertainment, brand partnerships, and experiential marketing.
