Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include:
• Leading execution efforts on underwriting and closing;
• Preparing detailed financial modeling;
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Developing and maintaining business and industry due diligence;
• Participating in deal structuring, legal documentation, negotiations and closing;
• Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use;
• Presenting deals at credit committees;
• Collaborating with internal parties including equity coverages and junior resources;
• Monitoring the performance of existing portfolio investments.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience as an analyst or associate with a top investment bank or real estate investment fund;
• Outstanding financial modeling, analytical and presentation skills;
• Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis, business valuation, accounting and finance.
