About the role
You'll be the senior consultant clients want across the table when the conversation is about CRM architecture, process design, or a multi-quarter roadmap, not just platform configuration. If your background is Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SAP CX at the senior consulting level, we want to talk to you. We fund the HubSpot ramp (certifications, pairing with senior HubSpot consultants on your first project) with a 6-month milestone for functional working depth.
Responsibilities
- You'll anchor 4 to 6 concurrent CRM-focused enterprise engagements as the senior consultant, at ≥ 85% billable utilisation
- You'll generate ≥ €200k in expansion and upsell revenue from existing accounts within 12 months, by spotting follow-on opportunities while you deliver
- You'll lead or co-lead 6+ discovery or architecture workstreams (current state, future state, target operating model, CRM architecture)
- You'll co-deliver 1 to 2 AI or GenAI-related client engagements alongside our AI and engineering team (scoping, process design, change story)
- You'll support Sales on enterprise scoping and executive discovery calls when senior depth is needed, and co-author the resulting Statements of Work
- You'll mentor 1 to 2 implementation consultants toward senior thinking on discovery facilitation, architecture reasoning, and client communication
- What You Bring
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years as a senior consultant on enterprise CRM or adjacent B2B software programs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CX, or comparable). End-to-end delivery accountability, not slide-deck advisory
- Direct experience inside live implementation projects, not just pre-sales. You know how to work alongside a PM without stepping on them, and how to raise issues with a client sponsor without undermining the team
- Comfort whiteboarding a target CRM architecture (object model, data flows, integration surface, process touchpoints) and defending it in a 60-minute workshop with a technical client team
- Track record of running structured discovery workshops (process mapping, current/future state, journey design) with cross-functional groups. Output is usable artefacts, not meeting notes
- Lead consultant exposure in front of VP Sales, VP Marketing, CIO, or CFO at companies with €100m+ revenue
- At least one personally-driven follow-on engagement on a client account, where you spotted, framed, and signed the next phase
- Native or fluent German plus business English. Capable of running a German workshop in the morning and writing an English readout in the afternoon
- Genuine excitement to invest in deep HubSpot mastery within the first 6 months. If you're not coming from HubSpot already, you're motivated to ramp through the funded certifications and pair with a senior HubSpot consultant on your first project
- Direct HubSpot delivery experience (Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub at enterprise scale)
- Cross-platform delivery experience (e.g., Salesforce and HubSpot, or Dynamics and HubSpot, in production)
- Shipped AI or GenAI client engagements (scoping, design, delivery, change management)
- Experience growing into practice leadership at a previous consulting firm
