To serve as the single accountable owner and authoritative source for the enterprise-wide GenAI capability within the Employee Experience domain. The role establishes a centralised governance and operations function to manage general-purpose GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Claude), ensuring adoption is safe, measurable, and value-driven across the Standard Bank Group. 10-12 years in IT, consulting, or digital leadership within complex organisations, including 5+ years in senior management or platform ownership roles.
