ServiceNow Developer (Secret Clearance)

Requirements

• Required :
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• 6+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions in ServiceNow
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be local to the Northern Virginia area
• Preferred:
• ServiceNow certifications (for example, CSA, CAD, or related certifications)
• Experience supporting federal or government clients
• Experience working in agile delivery environments
• Experience with workflow design, user stories, and end-user documentation

Create user-facing documentation and operating instructions to support adoption and sustainment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agile delivery, status reporting, and solution refinement.
