- Previous experience in team leadership or strong motivation to grow into a people manager role.
- Experience working with product lifecycle improvements, customization or cost optimization projects.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
- Good understanding of PDM/PLM systems, product data governance, and lifecycle management.
- Understanding of electronics or electromechanical products is considered an advantage.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in English.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on product design professional who is ready to step into a people leadership role or further build on early leadership experience. You will combine technical contribution with team leadership, guiding a team while actively contributing to product improvements, customization and lifecycle engineering. Your mission? To ensure product excellence and deliver value through customization, quality improvements, cost optimization and advanced product data management. You will lead initiatives that keep our current product portfolio competitive and efficient, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position is based in Espoo, Finland, and reports to our Director, R&D. The role is full-time and hybrid.
