As Technical Project Manager, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, sprint execution, and alignment across engineering, design, QA, and leadership. Position - how you'll contribute Own sprint planning, management, and execution to ensure delivery is on track and aligned with project goals. Write and refine user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Lead bug triage sessions, prioritize technical debt, and coordinate timely resolution of production issues. Ensure efficient day-to-day coordination between squad members, design, QA, and project leadership. Facilitate standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and planning sessions to maintain team velocity and morale. Track sprint progress, identify blockers early, and escalate risks to stakeholders with actionable plans. Maintain clear documentation of project scope, decisions, dependencies, and timelines. Act as the communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and technical constraints. Expectations - the experience you need Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in agile software delivery environments. Strong understanding of sprint management, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies. Hands-on experience writing detailed user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria. Ability to lead bug triage and prioritize technical work alongside feature delivery. Experience in mobile development environments (Android, iOS). Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA. Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Technical awareness to understand engineering discussions, risks, and dependencies. Additional skills - the edge you have Background working with distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and deployment workflows. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification. Experience working in high-growth or startup-like environments with fast iteration cycles.
