Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in VSMC Vacuum Hook-Up projects.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Able to read and prepare technical and safety-related documentation.
• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Possession of relevant WSH certifications will be an added advantage.

Safety Coordinator / Safety Supervisor (Semiconductor Industry) Work Location: Tampines (VSMC Project Site) Job Responsibilities Assess construction site hazards and identify potential risks to maintain a comprehensive workplace safety programme. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Monitor and enforce safety procedures, safe work practices, and permit-to-work requirements. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients on all safety-related matters. Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail when handling sensitive project information. Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with the Main HQ in Taiwan and manage project documentation.
