About the role

Based out of our Napier branch, you'll support customers across the wider region, operating from your fully equipped field service vehicle. Your day-to-day will include: Fault finding, diagnosing, and troubleshooting Cat equipment Servicing, maintenance, and repairs in the field Delivering exceptional customer service Planning your day for maximum efficiency Managing your workload and completing all required admin You'll join a tight-knit, experienced team that's growing quickly, with most work in construction and forestry-plus plenty of variety across other industries.
