Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient solution programs to address patient needs and improve health outcomes.
• Analyze PSP data from relevant programs, generating insights to inform business strategy and enhance patient engagement.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on insights to program owners and the business team, ensuring continuous program improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and digital teams to ensure effective customer engagement and stakeholder interactions.
• Integrate patient insights into business strategies to improve the effectiveness of patient solutions and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory guidelines, and corporate values in all decision-making processes.
• Support market research initiatives , including patient journey mapping and patient insight analysis, to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Foster partnerships with external patient organizations and academic associations to strengthen patient support initiatives.
• Act as a patient advocate , engaging with stakeholders to identify patient needs and develop meaningful solutions that enhance the patient experience.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required ; an advanced degree is preferred. A background in commercial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries is advantageous.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in commercial roles.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, patient insights, and customer analytics , with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies .
• Proven ability to generate insights from customer data and provide strategic recommendations to program owners and business leaders.
• Strategic thinking and execution skills , with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and ethical business practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects , navigate ambiguity, and drive innovation.
• Excellent communication and influence skills , with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
