Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement patient solution programs to address patient needs and improve health outcomes.

  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required ; an advanced degree is preferred. A background in commercial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in commercial roles.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, patient insights, and customer analytics , with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies .
  • Proven ability to generate insights from customer data and provide strategic recommendations to program owners and business leaders.
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills , with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and ethical business practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects , navigate ambiguity, and drive innovation.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills , with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
