Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Manufacturing Operator role will make an impact: Key responsibilities for this role include: Operate manufacturing lines in efficient manner in accordance with the relevant SOP's to ensure required output targets are achieve Ensure that the manufacturing equipment and area is cleaned to GMP standards prior to use Responsible for the preparatory set up machines and equipment, and product in process testing, and for product condition during processing. Complete the Batch Manufacturing Record and the reconciliations of the BMR according to relevant S.O.P.`s. Report directly to Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, if any problems or damage occurs. Responsible for a high standard of GMP and good housekeeping, and for inspection of batches that do not meet the quality standards. Responsible for the handling and storage of Controlled Drugs in accordance with relevant procedures, ensuring product security. Adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements, and perform any other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor / Manager. User of Manufacturing support software packages e.g. MES, SAP, Trackwise, Documentum etc. Constantly look to improve the process and to learn new skills The minimum qualifications for this role are: Leaving Certificate or equivalent Candidates are required to be able to work different shift patterns plus overtime when required. Candidates are required to have a good understanding of the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices. (Ideally candidates have experience of working in a GMP environment). Demonstrated strong team-working skills Continuous improvement mindset. Willing to learn and to continue learning.
