Additional Information

Job Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage air and sea freight shipments for both import and export cargo. - Prepare and process shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), Bills of Lading (BL), permits, and other import/export documentation. - Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and provide updates to customers when required. - Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. - Perform cargo inspections and coordinate warehouse activities when necessary. - Maintain accurate shipment records and perform data entry into logistics systems. - Assist with permit declarations and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. - Handle shipment enquiries, resolve operational issues, and provide excellent customer service. - Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
