Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of formal print and mail experience within our target markets, with a strong understanding of transactional print and critical customer communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospects in the transactional print space, leveraging subject matter experts to build credibility with key decision‑makers.
  • Executive presence and strategic mindset, with experience leading large, complex, multi‑stakeholder sales opportunities.
  • Strong commercial and solution orientation - able to quickly assess complex situations, shape the right solution, and articulate its value and ROI.
  • Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) with a track record of influencing, negotiating, and closing complex sales deals.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with a true sales hunter mentality - self‑motivated, resilient, and outcome‑driven.
  • Experience as a change agent, building high‑performance internal and external partnerships and driving transformational outcomes within target accounts.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead growth of our print and mail communications portfolio within key markets and strategic accounts. If you have deep experience in transactional print, understand the complexity of regulated communications, and love shaping solutions that transform how organizations communicate with their customers, this role is for you. As a Sales Director in CDD, you will: Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts and prospects in our target markets, with a focus on print and mail communications solutions (statements, regulatory notices, policy documents, and other high‑value customer communications). Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies that align CSG's CDD capabilities with our customers' communication, marketing, and customer experience objectives. Lead and orchestrate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles - from early discovery and solution shaping through to commercial negotiation and contract signature. Tell a compelling CDD story - crafting value propositions, messaging, and customer‑ready presentations that clearly articulate how CSG's communication design and delivery services drive efficiency, compliance, and customer engagement.
