  • Your Role
  • Administer multi-state payroll, including processing new hires, terminations, payroll changes, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Support accounting functions, including accounts payable, financial reporting, payroll journal entries, and investor reporting.
  • Monitor and maintain total compensation programs, pay equity compliance, salary surveys, and compensation reporting.
  • Maintain HR compliance programs, including OSHA reporting, EEO-1 reporting, workers' compensation administration, and HR records.
  • Develop and maintain payroll and HR procedures, organizational charts, forms, and process documentation.
  • Assist with HR technology initiatives, system implementations, workforce analytics, recruiting metrics, and special projects.
  • Serve as a key resource for payroll, compensation, and HR-related inquiries across the organization.

Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. There is an opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule after 6 months of employment. Compensation Package- $120,000 - $140,000_/_Year * The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate's experience and the geographical location of this position.
