Schedule: Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse team members, promotes a safe and organized work environment, and supports operational goals through effective coordination, communication, and continuous improvement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead and support warehouse team members by assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development to employees Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution Promote accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Warehouse Operations Coordinate daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities Ensure all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time Maintain organization of warehouse layout using 5S principles Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials Support production by ensuring timely material movement and availability Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through cycle counts and audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate records using ERP/WMS systems Support inventory control processes and reporting requirements Logistics & Coordination Schedule and manage inbound and outbound shipments Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries Track shipments and address delays or issues as needed Assist in optimizing freight and material flow processes Safety & Compliance Enforce all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Lead by example in maintaining a safe and clean work environment Ensure proper use of PPE and material handling equipment Identify hazards and take corrective action to prevent incidents
