Responsibilities

- Investigate concerns thoroughly and partner with Legal and ER as needed.
- COE Partnership
- Partner closely with Centers of Excellence - Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, DEI, and HR Operations - to deliver integrated solutions to the business.
- Bring the voice of your client groups into COE program design and execution.
- Translate enterprise programs for adoption and impact within Stores.
- Projects & Field Support
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects supporting store and field initiatives.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, frame problems, and drive action.
- Partner across the Field HR Operations team to scale solutions and operate as one team.

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including dedicated time as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting retail, store operations, or similarly fast-paced, distributed environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, employee relations practices, and HR fundamentals.
Requirements
- Experience in a multi-unit, off-price, or specialty retail environment.
- Experience supporting Asset Protection or Merchandise Presentation functions.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
- Experience supporting large-scale change, integration, or transformation efforts.
