About the role
As an Administrator, you will provide a full range of administrative support across our services, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and professionals, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the wider team with a range of administrative duties across both The Greens and Thrive services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the service
- Coordinate responses to enquiries made via telephone, email, text and website
- Support service users through referral pathways, including booking appointments and signposting
- Maintain electronic and manual appointment systems and referral information
- Ensure accurate data entry using systems such as Excel, Access, Theseus and other databases
- Prepare meeting and training rooms and coordinate room bookings where required
- Attend meetings and take minutes when required
- Maintain accurate records in line with organisational policies and audit requirements
- Support stock control, stationery ordering and general housekeeping within the service
- Assist with petty cash administration and reconciliation
- Support campaigns, events and service projects as required
- Provide support and cover for colleagues where appropriate
- To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) or demonstrable related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
- Strong administrative skills, including experience using electronic monitoring and recording systems
- Ability to collate and disseminate information effectively
- Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative role
- Knowledge of quality systems and audit requirements
- Experience in cash handling, petty cash reconciliation and general administration duties
