Mon - Fri, 0800 - 1745 Salary : $5,690 - $7,800 Job scope: -Lead the setup, validation, and optimisation of testing workflows, equipment configurations, and operational processes. -Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and engineering standards to ensure process consistency and compliance. -Manage the full equipment lifecycle, including installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and replacement planning. -Investigate and resolve complex technical and equipment-related issues, serving as the key escalation point for operational teams. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. -Support New Product Introduction (NPI), new line setups, process transfers, and engineering change implementations. -Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of new equipment, technologies, and operational processes. -Deliver technical training and coaching to operations teams to strengthen equipment knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities. -Monitor engineering performance metrics and recommend solutions to improve process capability and equipment uptime. Requirement: -Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. -Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing, logistics, automation, or a high-volume operational environment. -Strong hands-on experience in equipment implementation, process setup, commissioning, and optimisation. -Proven track record in troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. -Experience supporting NPI, process transfers, or new line implementation projects. -Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills. -Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
