Additional Information

As a Client Advisor Associate, you will work alongside senior Client Advisors in a client-facing support capacity, gaining hands-on experience in investment execution, portfolio administration, and day-to-day relationship management. Client Servicing and Administration Support Client Advisors and Team Heads with client onboarding, documentation, data entry, and post-meeting follow-ups. Prepare meeting materials, portfolio reports, investment proposals, and review packs. Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail. Maintain CRM data integrity and support administrative workflows. Coordinate calendars, travel schedules, and meeting logistics. Provide coverage during RM absences to ensure uninterrupted client support. Business Management Liaise with compliance, legal, and operations for account onboarding and KYC processes. Track pipeline activity, prepare reports, and support internal communications. Assist in client events, pitchbooks, and business development efforts. Maintain high standards in administrative efficiency and documentation accuracy. Investment Support and Development Learn core advisory principles and portfolio construction techniques. Assist in preparing market updates, asset allocation ideas, and product recommendations. Participate in internal investment forums and contribute to discussions. Risk and Compliance Ensure adherence to MAS regulations and KGI internal risk and compliance standards. Escalate concerns or deficiencies in a timely and appropriate manner. Monitor account documentation, payment instructions, and client activity logs. Maintain ethical, compliant behaviour in all interactions.
