About the role

Job Summary This role supports the execution of functional strategies, identifies opportunities for operational optimization, and ensures the delivery of high-impact business development projects. Job responsibilities Be responsible for driving strategy, sales growth, specially grow non CHD business in China. Be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with JV partner, within Sulzer and with external stakeholders. Ensure for the JV the deal structuring, pricing and all other proposal development activities interfacing with related Sulzer organizations, systems and product platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor progress. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, majored in Turbine or related engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a global industrial company lead sales management functions.
  • Strong background in the Energy market focused on Solution selling and services and in particular Heavy Duty Gas Turbine Services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills and influence.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Gas Turbine technology.
